Emotional Freedom Technique
Developed by Gary Craig from Thought Field Therapy

Universal Healing Aid

Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT is a compliment of water science blended with the ancient art of acupuncture.  In simple terms EFT is an emotional form of acupuncture without the use of needles.  Instead the therapist taps with the fingers to stimulate certain meridian points whilst the person is focused on the problem.

What is EFT

Most people are familiar with acupuncture and or acupressure.  Dr. Roger Callahan is credited with pioneering work which led to the tapping with fingers on specific acupuncture points whilst focusing ones attention on a problem which removes the emotional component.  If you think of negative emotions as a fuse blown then the brain or body's ability to cope is now compromised.

How does EFT work?

All negative emotions are a disruption in the body's Energy Circuits

The application of EFT resets the circuit breaker and repairs the blown fuse.  Once this is done, one can begin to think more resourcefully and effectively again.  80% of all psychotherapeutic interventions are about resolving the negative and emotional component.  EFT works by removing the negative emotional component from a memory, event, circumstance or situation.  Using this technique removes distress within the body.  Doling so can have a profound effect on attitudes, perception, relationships, sports performance and health.

EFT can be used to treat........

We know that our emotions contribute to overall health EFT is an effective technique for dealing with the emotional component. It works very quickly to release the trauma.
